摘要
培育大学精神,需要处理好共性与个性、继承与创新、适应与超越等方面的关系。提炼与弘扬校训,建设优良的校风,充分利用各种教育阵地和资源培育大学精神,把大学精神的培育渗透到大学物质文化和制度文化建设之中,是培育大学精神的重要途径。
Cultivating university spirit, it is very necessary to handle several relationships between generality and individuality accurately, between inheritance and innovation, adapting and exceeding the interaction between presidents, teachers and students. At present, we should do following works: to refine and propagate the school drill, to set up the fine school discipline, to utilize all kinds of education positions and resources, to permeate the cultivation of university spirit into the construction of material culture and system culture.
