摘要
医院应加紧实施符合国情的管理人才战略。要认识医院管理人才"两栖"现象,探索新时期管理人才成长规律,对不同层次的管理人才,分别提出专业化、职业化的要求。政府制订人才规划,建立人才工作机制;个人进行职业生涯设计。管理培训是关键,要创办医院管理院系;形形色色的EMBA研修班,要保证教学质量。医院要组织好科主任、护士长院内管理培训。
Now it's the time for hospitals to quicken the implementation of strategy of human resources management that fits to the real situation of China. We should be fully aware the situation that many hospital managers also work as specialists, we need to explore the ways of how they becoming managers. We should stipulate standrad requirements for specialization and professionalization of managers at different levels. Government should work out human resources planning, and establishing relevant mechanism, and designing for career development.It is suggested that: carry out management trining is a key, establish hospital management college, and control the quality of teching of various EMBA training courses. Hospitals should also set up various training courses for director of department and head nurses.
