摘要
目的:观察通络熄风法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:随机将病人分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组以通络熄风汤内 服,对照组予以西比灵口服,两组连续治疗30天后,观察其总体疗效、经颅多普勒(TCD)检查结果及血液流变学指标改善情 况。结果:治疗组在总有效率、脑血管状况改善、头痛指数改善及血液流变学指标改善方面,较治前均有显著性(P<0.05)或 非常显著性差异(P<0.01),且明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:通络熄风法是治疗偏头痛的有效方法。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect on migraine treated By Tongluo Xifeng decoction. Method:Patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Tongluo Xifeng decoction were taken orally by patients in the treatment group, sibelium were taken orally by patients in the control group. The total clinical effects, testing results by TCD and the improvement of hemorheologic indexes were observed after treating 30 days continuously. Results: The total effective rate, the improvement of cerebrovascular status, headache and hemorheologic indexes in the treatment group after treating were significant as compared that before treatment(P<0.01or P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapy of removing obstruction in the channels and calming the endopathic wind was a effective method for treating migraine.
