摘要
在桔梗开花时期观测花药的开裂和传粉情况、花柱长度、及花粉发芽能力等的变化,初步得出桔梗自花传粉结实率低的原因是由于同一朵花内的雌、雄蕊发育时期的不同而引起的.提出用花粉离体保存、人工授粉等方法可以解决自花传粉结实率低的观点.
The observation of anther opening and pollination condition, stylus length, germinating changes of pollen during the blossom period of platycodon grandiflorum showed that the different growth period of pistil and stamen in the same flower caused the low seed setting rate of platycodon grandiflorum by self-pollination. Pollen in vitro culture and artificial pollination could settle the matter.
