摘要
对转型期我国竞技体育纵向及横向利益集团冲突进行研究。结论 应充分认识及肯定我国竞技体育利益集团主体的逐利行为; 应以政策投入方式对其进行积极的导向, 以法规及制度的形式完善利益约束机制, 控制利益差别的过分悬殊; 对中央与地方权力进行合理划分及职能界定, 完善利益补偿机制等。
Through researching longitudinal and horizontal interest conflict in China′s athletics communities in social transformation period the author brings up the conclusions that the communities′ movements in asking for interest should be accepted, the movements should be guided by policy and bound by rules and institutions, the excessively interest difference should be controlled, the rights of center and districts should be divided and the interest compensation system should be perfected.
