摘要
研制了一种用于铅黄铜零部件表面除铅溶液,并开发了与之相关的黄铜零件表面除铅工艺。X射线能谱分析证明,经表面除铅处理后的黄铜零件表面的含铅量,低于标准规定值。
A sort of lead-leaching solution used for cleaning out the lead on the surface of lead-brass components has been developed successfully. The operating process is designed correspondingly. Demonstrated by EDS analysis, the surface lead content of the components which had been treated by this lead-leaching solution is reduced under standard value.
