介绍了货车摇枕、侧架的缺陷和裂纹统计结果,分析了产生的原因。通过对现场侧架裂纹修理工艺分析,从裂纹开坡口所用工具、焊接用焊条、回火温度的选取等方面进行了多种试验,确定了合理的工艺。
The defects in bolsters and side frames of freight cars as well as the statistics results of cracking are described, and the causes are analyzed. Via analysis of the repair technology for cracking in the side frames in field, several testing combinations are made from the tools applied for making groove at the cracking, welding rod applied in welding, selection of the tempering temperatures. And the reasonable technology is determined finally.
