196 0年 5月 2 8日毛泽东主席视察了上海机电设计院 (北京空间机电研究所的前身 )负责研制的T - 7M火箭。在毛泽东主席那次视察 4 5周年之际 ,回顾和论述了那次视察的背景、情况和意义。
Chairman Mao Zedong had inspected T-7M rocket on 28 May, 1960 in Shanghai. The Shanghai Design Institute of Mechanics and Electricity (original organizational form and name of Beijing Institute of Space Mechanis and Electricity) was responsible of the developing T-7M rocket. On the occasion of the 45 th anniversary of that inspection by Chairman Mao Zedong, the background, situation and significance of that inspection are reviewed and discussed.
