摘要
介绍了以太网应用于工业控制领域的优势和不足,其中,实时性问题是长期以来以太网进入工业现场的主要障碍,本文针对这一问题总结了一系列的解决方案,着重论述了采用交换式技术来解决工业以太网通信实时性的方法,并给出了工业以太网交换机的应用。
The advantages and disadvantages about Ethernet to be applied in the industrial control field were introduced briefly. The inferior Real-time Performance had been the major obstacle for industrial Ethernet to enter industrial control area for a long time. Aiming at this problem this paper summarized a series of solutions. The switched technology which could well implement the real-time communication was discussed in details and an application example of industrial Ethernet switch was described.
