氮磷钾肥对木霉菌丝生长和产孢的影响 被引量:9

摘要 在土壤浸出液马铃薯汁琼脂培养基中,添加不同氮、磷、钾肥及其不同剂量对木霉生防菌(Trichoderma harzianum)的菌丝生长、产孢和培养基的pH的影响不同。木霉菌丝生长和产孢随尿素、碳酸氢铵和钙镁磷肥剂量的增加而减少,随普钙的剂量增加而增加;氯化钾、硫酸钾对木霉菌丝生长略有影响,对产孢的影响不明显;硝酸铵的剂量变化对木霉菌丝生长和产孢无影响。木霉菌丝生长和产孢的变化不仅与肥料的种类有关,还与培养基的pH值有关。酸性环境有利于木霉菌丝生长和产孢。 Different N P K fertilizers and dosages variously effected mycilium growth and spore production of biocontrol strain of Trichoderma harzianum in soil extract-potato agar medium and pH of the medium. Mycilium growth and spore (production) (reduced) with dosage increasing of urea, ammonium acid carbonate,and calcium magnesium phosphate, increased with dosage (increasing) of calcium superphosphate. The dosage changes of potassium chloride and potassium sulphate slightly effected mycilium growth, but without obvious effect on spore production of the boicontrol strain. The obvious change on mycilium growth and spore production did not happen with ammonium nitrate dosage changes. The changes of mycilium growth and spore production did not (only) closely (correlate) with the different kind of fertilizers, but also the pH changes of the medium, which may be caused by different dosage of (fertilizers). Sour condition is benefit to T.harzianum mycilium growth and spore production.
