摘要
本文在一般k个未知参数的加速方程下,以MLE渐近方差最小为准则,解决了指数分布时k个应力情况的最优设计问题.
The problem of optimum plans for step-stress accelerated life testing was studied in [1] and [2]. But [1] studied only in the case of complete sample. Extending the results of [1], [2] discussed the censored sample in the case of two stresses. In this paper, we extended the results of [2] to k stresses under general accelerated model with k unknown parameters.
