摘要 介绍了自交联环氧树脂的合成方法,树脂的结构经傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)证实。探讨了温度、时间、催化剂及异氰酸酯基与羟基物质的量之比对该树脂固化行为的影响。结果表明,在0.5%-0,7%(质量分数)的催化剂存在下,n(-NCO):n(-OH)稍大于1时,该树脂在180℃,30min内可完全固化。 This article has described the preparation technology of self-crosslinkable epoxy resin and the influence of temperature, time, catalyst and ratio of NCO/OH on the curing behavior of the resin. The structure of resin is identified by FT - IR. It has shown that the resin can be fully cured at 180℃/30min at the presence of catalyst 0.5-0.7(m/m) and NCO/OH over 1.
