摘要
研究了不同生长条件下UV B照射培养对酵母菌生长的影响。研究结果显示在UV B照射培养过程中,酵母细胞核酸含量变化明显;细胞形态发生变化,出现凝集现象,酵母菌生长受到不同程度的影响。在接种量小于1×107 /mL时,酵母生长速度明显低于对照实验,较高接种量时生长受UV B影响较小。使用pH5的柠檬酸柠檬酸钠缓冲溶液配制培养基,则可以降低UV B照射培养过程中的酵母细胞的死亡率。
The effects of UV-B radiation culture on growth of yeast were studied under different conditions. The results showed that under UV-B radiation culture the contents of nuclear acid in yeast cells changed apparently; the modality of yeast cells changed and the yeast agglutinated. The growth of yeast was influenced by UV-B. The speed of yeast growth was much less than the control when inoculation was less than 1×10~7/mL. The death rate of yeast was decreased when medium was made with pH5 citric acid-natrium citrate buffer solution.
