摘要 对预混气体在圆形管道内的爆炸过程进行了实验研究,根据实验结果将超压的变化过程分为4个阶段.前驱冲击波阶段超压上升曲线比较规则,且压力上升速率逐渐增加,离点火处越远压力上升速率增加得越快.介绍了最大超压在时间和空间上的变化规律.尽管二次超压的峰值相对较小,但作用时间长,且有些二次超压过程中的超压上升幅度甚至超过了某些爆炸环境下的最大超压值.对爆燃转爆轰过程(DDT)进行了初步研究,实验能够记录爆燃转爆轰这种快速转变的过程.建议在设计非密闭的管道或矿道时要充分考虑二次超压的破坏作用和高活性可燃气体的影响. Experimental investigation into premixed gases explosion in circle tube is carried out. Transformation course of overpressure can be divided into four phases according to experimental results. The curve of overpressure in prodromal blast wave phase is orderly, and the pressure gradient increases gradually, and the gradient in far distance increases more quickly than vicinity. The variety rule of maximum overpressure against time and distance was presented. Although the peak value of return shock is relatively low, the effect time is long and sometimes the scope excesses the maximal overpressure of some deflagration condition. Deflagration to detonation transition (DDT) process is also investigated primarily from experimental records. In addition, some suggestions are put forward for high activity premixed gases. Finally, some proposals were given that the destruction effect of return shock and the effect of high active premixed gases should be considered in designing unclosed pipe or miner's road system.
