摘要
随着科学技术对社会经济的影响不断增加,科技人才的重要性已经受到人们的广泛重视,科技人才已经成为国家和地区争夺的重要战略性资源。提出了科技人才管理的基本原则,并探索了科技人才科学管理的主要内容。
Along with the increasing influence of science and technology on society economy, the importance of qualified scientific and technological personnel have been paid widespread attention, and qualified scientific and technological personnel have been the important strategic resources scramble by each country and area. In this paper, the authors propose the basic principle of management of qualified scientific and technological personnel, and inquire into the main contents of scientific management of qualified scientific and technological personnel.
