摘要
政府角色的错位,给政府与高校的发展都带来了不利的影响。随着我国高等教育大众化步伐的加快,人们对于高等教育质量下滑的担忧与日俱增。而目前担任评估我国高等教育质量的组织大多是政府主导型,不能真正发挥其引导教育投资和教育消费的作用。治理理论的兴起,为我们用市场化的手段解决目前我国高等教育评估组织中存在的问题提供了一个广阔的视角。
The dislocation of government's role has brought disadvantageous effects to government itself and universities. With expediting of higher education popularization, people are anxious for quality of higher education. But at present, the institutes of evaluating the quality of higher education are mostly government dominated. It cannot really play the role of leading education investment and consumption. The rise of governance theory provides expanded visual angle for settling problem in higher education institutes with market means.
