摘要
影响等离子表面冶金熔池中合金熔体粘度的主要因素是电流和粉末体系中的合金元素.粘度对冶金层组织有着重要影响,熔体的粘度大,结晶形态以枝晶状固溶体为主;熔体的粘度小,冶金层组织以多种形状的化合物和基体为主.并提出了用粘度作为研制等离子表面冶金粉末体系的一个判据,来指导合金粉末体系的研究.
<Abstrcat> The electric current and alloy elements in powder system are major factors for influencing melt viscosity in surface metallurgy by plasma beam. And the effect of viscosity on microstructure of the alloy coating is of great significance. The crystalline morphology will mainly shape as dentritic solid solution with increase of melt viscosity and the microstructure will show various shapes of compounds and matrixes with the decrease of melt viscosity. The paper put forward that melt viscosity should be regarded as a creterion to instruct development of alloy powder.
