摘要
目的:探讨复曲膏对小鼠慢性皮炎-湿疹的防治作用。方法:用7%二硝基氯苯(DNCB)外涂于小鼠背部致敏,5天后用0.1%DNCB于小鼠右耳内侧反复激发,每隔3天1次,引起慢性皮炎模型,给药组于激发后涂抹复曲膏。结果:复曲膏能减轻鼠耳肿胀度,减少结痂动物数及浸润炎症细胞数。结论:复曲膏能抑制小鼠慢性皮炎-湿疹。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic actions of FuQuGao on the model of chronic dermatitis-eczema in mice. Methods: Right ears of mice were repeatedly challenged with 0.1% dinitrochlorobenzen (DNCB) every three days for four times with previously sensitized with 7% DNCB to induce the model. FuQuGao were applied to a group of mice after each challenge. Results: Ear swelling thickening, crusts and inflammatory cellular infiltrates in mice of FuQuGao group were less obvious than in mice of the model group. Conclusions: FuQuGao can inhibit chronic dermatitis-eczema in mice.
