摘要
目的研究复方丹参注射液在外伤性脑水肿及颅内压增高治疗中的作用。方法选择65例颅脑损伤患者随机分为实验组(Tn=31)和对照组(Cn=34),T组加用复方丹参注射液,动态观察伤后1、3、5、7、10、14d颅内压(ICP)及7、14d脑水肿情况,并与对照组进行比较和进行统计学处理。结果T组患者伤后5、7、10、14dICP明显低于C组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参注射液可有效减轻颅脑损伤后脑水肿和颅内压增高。
Objective:To st udy the action of treating cereb ral edema of Head Injury by Co -dan -sh en ro ot injec-tion.Methods :Excerpting patiens with head injur y 65case divided them randomly into t reatment group(T)and control group(C).The patients in C group were only tre ated conventionaly and patients in T group were treated b y the convention al treat-ment and Co -dan -shen root injection.The intracra nial pressure(ICP)were determined by lumbar puncture i n the 1st,3rd,5th ,7th,10th,14th days after injury.Results:The ICP of T group in the 5t h,7th,10th,14th days after injury was signiti-cantly lower than C group in the same t ime after injury(P<0.05).Conclusions:Using Salvia Co -d an -shen root injection was very beneficial to lighten the degree of cerebral e dema and to lower th e intracranial hypertension caused by the cerebral edema in the patients with head injur y.
