摘要
终端区交通流量管理自动化是现代化交通流量管理的目标。文章通过对终端区空中交通流量管理中连续航班的动态飞机排序问题的研究,建立了飞机流排序的动态模型和终端区空中交通流量管理的动态排序算法,并运用C++Builder语言实现了终端区空中交通流量管理中的航班动态排序系统,使得所有航班的空中等待成本总和最小。经比较,表明文章所介绍的方法计算效率高。
Automation of air traffic flow management is the target of modern air traffic flow management. This paper researches on flights dynamic sequencing problem in terminal area. Model and algorithm of the dynamic version have been established. Flights dynamic sequencing system in terminal area air traffic flow management has been realized by applying C++ Builder program, thus minimizing the total expense of all waiting aircrafts. The method in this paper is efficient and feasible compared with other methods.
