摘要
对39份长豇豆(Vigna unguiculata ssp. sesquipedalis(L.)Verd.)品种进行了煤霉病(Cercospora cruenta Sacc.)抗性鉴定,并对其14个重要农艺性状进行考查,以综合性状组(性状组Ⅰ)、丰产性状组(性状组Ⅱ)和早熟性状组(性状组Ⅲ)的遗传相关矩阵为基础矩阵,分别进行主成分转换并计算欧氏遗传距离,用最长距离法进行品种聚类。结果表明,39份品种中,有7份对煤霉病表现免疫、高抗或抗病。通过主成分分析、测试,确定了具有较优综合性状的品种11个,丰产性较优或早熟性较优的品种各9个。试验结果还表明,选择不同的性状组分析,遗传距离及聚类结果的差异较大。
The resistance to Cercospora cruenta of 39 yardlong bean varieties ( Vigna unguiculata ssp. sesquipedalis ( L. ) Verd. ) was identified, and 14 main agronomic characters of them were investigated. Principal component transformations and Euelidean distance esti-mations were made respectively from the genetic correlation matrix of all the 14 measured characters (character combination 1), correlation matrix of 8 high yielding related char-acters (character combination 2) and correlation matrix of 8 early maturing related char-acters (character combination 3) . Finally the variety clusters were made by longest dis-tance method. The results showed that 7 of the 39 varieties were immune, high resistant or resistant to C. cruenta. Through the principal component analysis, 11, 9, and 9 varieties were good in comprehensive characters, yield and maturity respectively. The genetic dis-tances and cluster results were different obviously with various character combinations, So it's necessary to select suitable character combination for analysis according to breeding ob-jectives in practice.
