摘要
高校课程改革需要向多元化和综合性发展,校本课程开发为高校课程改革提供了良好契机,它有利于教师专业化的发展和课程改革责任感的增强,让高校课程改革体现出民主开放的课程决策过程和成果,让高校在课程改革中更加尊重学校和学生的独特性与差异性,实现教育制度内权力与资源的优化配置。高校校本课程开发需要树立科学的课程意识、培养精诚合作的精神、掌握熟练的校本课程开发的技术,还要注意校本课程开发与学校的培养目标相配套,注意校本课程开发的系统性和层次性,注意科学合理地开发实践类校本课程。
The reformation of college curriculum demands divers and synthetical development, therefore the school-based curriculum development will provide turning point for it. The school-based curriculum development will make for the specialization of teachers and the responsibility of curriculum reform, incarnate the democratic decision-making process and fruit of the reformation of college curriculum, let colleges pay much attention to the singularity and difference of schools and students, realize the optimal scheme of the might and resource in educational system finally.
