摘要
试验以春玉米品种东农250为试材,研究了不同施氮量的影响。结果表明,籽粒蛋白质积累速率呈双峰曲线变化;不同施氮水平色氨酸的含量均随籽粒的成熟而不断下降;不同的施氮水平对玉米的产量影响差异显著,以公顷施纯氮200kg增产效果显著,且成本比施氮300kg·hm-2处理低。
The experiment utilized common maize DN250 as material to study. The results showed that the rate of protein in grains presented double peak curve and the dynamic change of Trp in grains decreased with the maturing of grains at different nitrogen levels. Different nitrogen level had different influence on maize yield. The effect of N 200 kg·hm-2 on increasing production more notable than that of N 300 kg·hm-2 and the cost was lower.
