摘要
利用有限元分析方法对H型钢轧制及轧后冷却过程中温度场的变化进行数学模拟,并根据 H型钢温度场的分布规律,对控制冷却参数进行优化。结果表明:在轧后控制冷却过程中,若冷却水集中从 H型钢腿部外侧对其腰腿接合处进行快速冷却可获得较均匀的温度分布。该控制冷却方式适合现场应用,对指导生产具有一定的实际意义。
The temperature field on H-beam was analyzed by FEM during rolling and cooling. The parameters of controlled cooling were optimized according to the temperature distribution in H-beam. It is found that the more uniform temperature distribution could be acquired by strengthening the cooling in the fillet part of the H-beam in the controlled cooling process. This cooling method can be easily used to produce better products.
