摘要
甲醇酵母表达系统是一种广泛使用的真核表达系统 ,它具有表达量高、遗传稳定、产物可分泌、发酵工艺成熟等优点。本文综述了甲醇酵母表达系统的特点。
The methylotrophic yeast is a gene expression system which is used extensively in recent years.It has such characteristics as high-level expression,stable,heredity,secreable production,the mature ferment procession.This paper summarizes the expression system's characteristics and states the methods of how to increase quantity of heterologus protein in the expression system of the methylotrophic yeast and the research in the fields of pathogeny microorganism and vermin on methylotrophic yeast.
