摘要
目的 探讨生精冲剂对精索静脉曲张大鼠睾丸组织结构和超微结构的影响。方法 选择Wastar雄隆大鼠制成精索静脉曲张模型,随机分为治疗组、模型组和对照组。观察生精冲剂对实验大鼠睾丸组织结构和超微结构的影响。结果 治疗组大鼠睾丸组织结构和超微结构的损害明显低于模型组(P <0 0 1)。结论 生精冲剂对精索静脉曲张造成睾丸损害有保护作用,能够减轻睾丸组织结构和超微结构的损害。
Objective To study the affection of the varicocele testis tissue and ultrastructure caused by shengjing instant powder. Methods Made standard male rats into varicocele model and randomly divided them into three groups-cure, model and blank. The changes of tissue structure and ultrastructure of testis was observed. Results The injury of tissue sturcture and ultrastructure of testis in cure-group was lesser than that in model-group(P<0.01). Conclusion Shengjing instant powder might protect the testis from the injury in varicocele as it might lessen the injury of tissue structure and ultrastructure.
