摘要
以NVP ,HDDA为活性单体,环氧丙烯酸酯树脂为预聚物,添加质量分数为1%的纳米氮化硅粉体,制成了纳米复合树脂。实验制得的纳米复合树脂固化物与基体树脂固化物相比较,体积收缩率降低3 5 % ,拉伸强度提高3 1% ,断裂伸长率提高47% ,冲击强度提高3 6% ,热稳定性有所提高。纳米氮化硅复合树脂基本满足立体光造型要求。
The nano-meter composite resin for stereo- lithography was made with NVP and HDDA as ac tive monomers, EA as prepolym er and nano-meter Si 3N 4 , the mass f raction of which was 1%, as an inorganic add itive. Compared with the cured produ ct of the matrix resin, the volumetric shri nkage ratio of the nano-meter composi te material reduced by 35%, the tensile str ength improved by 31%, the elongation at break increased by 47% and the impact st rength increased by 36%, and the the rmal stability was improved. The prepared n ano-meter composite resin could meet the need for the applicati on to stereo-lithgraphy.
