摘要
目的 :探讨口腔颌面颈部瘘管的病因、治疗与预防。方法 :回顾分析 1997至 2 0 0 3年治疗的 2 8例口腔颌面颈部瘘管的临床资料。结果 :2 7例经不同方法治疗 ,2 5例一次治愈 ,2例复发患者二次手术治愈。结论 :口腔颌面颈部瘘管病因不同 ,需采取不同的治疗方法。
Objective: To study the cause, treatment and prevention of the fistula in oral and maxillofacial region and neck.Method:Twenty-eight cases with fistula in oral and maxillofacial region and neck were analysed retrospectively.Result:Twenty-seven cases were undergone different treatments, 25 cases were cured at the first time, 2 relapsed cases were cured at the second time. Conclusion: Patients with fistula in oral and maxillofacial region and neck should be performed different treatments according to different sites and causes.
