摘要
文章认为企业技术创新实践是建设学习型企业文化之契机,提倡在企业技术创新实践中有意识于学习型企业文化的再造和提升,并从观念更新、人才管理、领导艺术三个方面提出相应工作切入点。
The practice of corporation technology innovation is regarded to be an opportunity to build up learning-based corporate culture. It is recommended to recreate and upgrade learning-based corporate culture during corporation technology innovation consciously, and to start with concept updating, personnel management and the practice of the art of leadership.
