摘要
木犀草素是一种很具有代表性的天然黄酮,在植物界分布较广。木犀草素在临床上具有止咳、祛痰及消炎等作用,在体内具有抗菌、抗病毒及降低血脂和胆固醇等作用。本文介绍了木犀草素的理化特性、生理功能、分离、合成和测定方法。
Luteolin is a representational and natural flavon e, its distribution is very extensive in the vegetable kingdom. In clinic, luteoli n can relieve a cough, make expectoration easy, and has antiphlogosis and so on. In vivo, it has the functions of antivirus, strong antimicrobial activity, redu ce cholesterol and serum lipid etc. The physiological functions, physical and ch emical properties, fractionation, synthesis and determination were introduced in this paper.
