摘要
研究证明,2.5~10mg/L浓度的多效唑能有效地提高甜叶菊试管苗移栽后的成活率,处理根系比叶面喷施效果更好,其中以5mg/L浓度在开盖炼苗浸根3天处理最为有效,移栽成活率达到92.4%,是对照的2.26倍。试管苗经多效唑处理后能明显地降低苗高,促进根系生长发育。增大根冠比和增进根系氧化力,当多效唑处理浓度为5mg/L时,使根尖呼吸强度比对照增加了20.4%,而对线粒体ATP酶活性无显著影响.
Treatment with 2.5~10.0mg/L PP_(333) greatly increased the survival rate of regener- ated plantlets of Sleuia rebaudiana aftre transplanting. Root- soaking with PP_(333) was more effective than foliage-spraying. The best effect was obtained by immersing the plantlet root s in 5 mg/L PP_(333) solution for 3 days before transplanting,the survial rate of the regenerants reaching up to 92.4%,higher than the control by 2.26 times. After being treated with PP_(333) at 0~10 mg/L,the stem keight of the plantlet decreased,but the growth of the whole plant was inhibited at 20 mg/L. When the PP_( 333) concentration was 5 mg/L,oxidative activity and respiration rate of roots was in- creased ,while the ATPase activity mitochondria was Iittle influenced.
