扩展高频测听对耳鸣及噪音性聋患者早期听力损害的诊断作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨扩展高频测听对耳鸣及噪音性聋患者早期听力损害的诊断意义。方法 应用扩展高频测听对常规纯音测听测试正常的耳鸣及噪音暴露者和正常对照组进行检测。结果 随着测试频率增高,耳鸣组与噪音组患者的听阈逐渐增加,而听阈检出率逐渐下降,与对照组相比差异有显著性意义。结论 扩展高频测听可以作为耳鸣及噪音性聋患者早期听力损害的诊断依据。 Objective To investigate the application of extended high frequency audiometry in early diagnosis of hearing loss of noises and tinnitus.Methods The group with noise exposure history and tinnitus which were normal examined by pure-tone audiometry and control group were examined by extended high frequency audiometry.Results High frequency audiometry in group with noise exposure history and tinnitus showed that the thresholds increased gradually and the threshold occurrence rate measured decreased as increase of the examined frequencies,and there were significant differences campared with control group.Conclusion Extended high frequency audiometry can offer the evidence in early diagnosis of hearing loss of noises and tinnitus.
