摘要 综述了近 2 0年来氢爆工艺在烧结NdFeB中的研究及应用状况 ,叙述了氢爆工艺的原理和优点 ,以及NdFeB合金在吸氢过程中的断裂方式、主相磁性参数的变化情况、吸氢量和烧结过程中的脱氢规律 ,分析了合金表面状态、温度与压力、氢气量及扩散速度、α-Fe对HD工艺的影响 ,并就氢爆工艺的改进进行了展望。 The research and application status of hydrogen decrepitation process in sintered NdFeB in recent 20 years were summarized. The principles and advantages of HD process, the fracture modes, the changes of magnetic parameters of main phase, the amount of hydrogen absorption of NdFeB alloy in HD process and the hydrogen desorption in the process of sintering were discussed. The effects of alloy surface status, temperature and pressure, hydrogen content, diffusion speed of hydrogen and α-Fe on HD process were analyzed. The improvement of HD process was put forward.
