摘要
随着近年来团队生产方式的流行,有关团队协作的激励机制研究也受到人们的重视。文章考虑了协作对成员产出的不同影响,在此基础上构造了团队协作静态博弈和重复博弈模型,对该影响因子与团队成员的协作水平之间的关系,以及该影响因子发生变化时,其它因素对团队成员协作水平影响的变化情况进行分析,得出了一系列有关团队协作的深刻结论。
With the prevalence of team working,the research on the incentive mechanism for cooperation become more important.The models of static game and repeated game in which the effect of cooperation is considered are built in this paper.The relationship between the factor and the level of optimal cooperation and the change of other factor's effect on the level of the optimal cooperation with the change of the factor are analyzed.Some profound results on cooperation are obtained.
