交通违章视频检测管理系统的设计与实现 被引量:5

摘要 针对交通违章的检测和管理,设计了一种基于视频检测技术的违章检测管理系统。给出了系统的组成结构和工作流程,定义了系统的功能,设计和实现了系统的功能模块,并分析和讨论了系统的技术难点。该系统利用视频图像处理和图像识别技术,对交通视频图像进行分析,能有效的检测出车辆违章行为(误检率低于10%),抓拍违章车辆图像(成功率95%以上),记录和管理违章车辆信息。应用结果表明,该系统较好地实现了对机动车越线类违章的检测与管理。 According to the requirements of detecting and managing traffic violations, this paper designs a video detection and management system of the traffic violations, which is based on video detection technique. In addition to describing the system structure and system working process, this paper also provides a detailed description of the design and realization of software modules. The paper analyzes the technical difficulties concerning the system’s real-time performance and accuracy. The system employs the techniques of video image processing and image recognition to analyze the video sequences and recognize the violations effectively. Violation images can be captured and managed by the system. The facts indicate that the system is reasonable and practical.
