摘要
目的探讨开颅去骨瓣减压术对大面积脑梗塞的治疗效果及实施手术的时机。方法对我科近三年来20例大面积脑梗塞病人行去骨瓣减压术治疗进行分析研究。结果20例中14例生存,6例死亡,6例早期手术者均存活。结论去骨瓣减压术治疗大面积脑梗塞效果良好,早期手术效果更佳。
Objective To explore the effect of decompressive surgery for massive cerebral infarction. Methods twenty cases of massive cerebral infarction treated with decompressive surgery in our department in last three years were analyzed. Results 14 of twenty patients survived, and 6 died. All 6 patients undergone decompressive early surgery survived. Conclusion Decompressive surgery is profitable for patients with massive cerebral infarction, especially be performed early.
