摘要
研究了三相交流调压电路中,控制晶闸管( )导通角调节三相异步电机输入电压时,电机负载在不同工 SCR况下各部分损耗及其对功率因数的影响。利用一种自行研制的新型锁相环式触发系统得出了实验波形及其数据,并进行了Saber仿真比较。实验结果表明,通过调节电机的端电压可提高调速系统的功率因数。
The induction motor's power consumption and power factor in three-phase AC voltage regulation circuit whose voltage is regulated by the control angle of the SCR is mainly discussed in this paper.Experimental results using a new type phase-lock-loop (PLL) trigging system are given,and the emulation results are compared with the experimental results.It shows that it is a effective way to improve the power factor.
