摘要
针对房屋渗漏是监理工作的重难点之一,介绍了工程前期监理应做的工作,阐述了工程施工过程中,应把握施工各环节和部位防渗漏的技术措施及控制要点,并在工程建成后进行物业管理,从而防止渗漏的发生。
House leakage is one of difficulties in supervision. In view of this kind failure the work should be intensified in prior period is introduced as well as technical measures and control methods of leakage in construction process. Author points out property management should also be strengthened to really realize non-leakage.
