谷子根系联合固氮菌分离鉴定及其初步应用 被引量:3

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ASSOCIATED NITROGEN FIXING BACTERIA FROM MILLET ROOT AND THE PRIMARY APPLICATION

摘要 从河北省石家庄地区农田采集谷子根系样品,经表面消毒后,分离得到固氮酶活性较高(1502.9—2893.5 nmolC_2H_4/g鲜菌体/h)的四株细菌 M-Ⅱ-1222、M-Ⅱ-931、M-Ⅰ-1021、M-Ⅰ-941。经细胞形态、培养特征、生理生化特性、DNA中G+C克分子含量测定等方面研究,前三株菌应归属克雷伯氏菌属土生克雷伯氏杆菌(Klebstella ter(?)gena)。将这四株菌分别培制成液体菌剂,回接谷子,结果表明均能促进谷子生长发育,提高单位面积产量5.4—11.4%,经生物学统计差异达到极显著标准。 The samples of millet root collected from the farmland in Shijiazhuang, Hebei province are subjected to the surface sterilization, four strains with higher nitrogenase activity (1502.9—2893.5 nmol C_2H_2/g frash bacter/h), M-Ⅱ-1222, M-Ⅱ-931, M-Ⅰ-1021, M-Ⅰ-941, are obtained by isolation. According to the analysis and the research of morphology, cultural character, physiological and biochemical characters, the determination of G+C molar recentage in DNA, etc., the first three strains belong to the Klebsiella terrigena.The four strains are cultured and prepared into their respective bacterial agents, wich in turn are bacterinated on the millet and the result shows that all of them are able to promote the growth and the development of the millet, and the per unit area yield of millet increase by 5.42—11.39%. According to the biologecal statistics, a remarkably high standard of difference between the yield of the crop to which the bacterial agent is applied and that of the crop to which it is not applied is reached.
