高校图书馆的主要任务是为学校的教学、科研服务,其特色文献资源的开发应紧紧围绕学校的性质、读者与培养目标展开。其基本思路是:以特色人才培养为导向,加强学科馆员制度建设;以整合馆藏资源为核心,成立特色文献开发部;以学科、专业建设为依据,优化专业馆藏的建设;以特色数据库建设为重点,加强特色信息的开发。参考文献8。
The major goal of libraries in high schools is serving fo r the teaching and academic researches in the schools. Their special literature resources should closely spread out according the natures of the schools, the re aders and the targets of training.
