摘要
文章根据老年人生理、心理和社会角色等方面变化的特点,就当前我国经济适用房设计中与老年人密切相关的居住空间无障碍设施、套型模式及交往空间等三个问题作了扼要的论述,并提出一些相应的措施。
According to the characteristics of the senior's physiological, psychical and social role changes, this article gives brief introduction to three aspects closely related to the senior, i.e. barrier-free facilities in dwelling space, apartment layout mode and communication space, and also puts forward some corresponding measures.
