摘要
通过对金针菇菌丝进行机械破碎,再经棉柱过滤后,获得了菌丝断片单细胞悬液,利用紫外线及亚硝酸对其诱变。发现不同菌龄菌丝断片对紫外线的敏感性较亚硝酸低;存活率曲线中,两种诱变处理均出现了一段平台期,此时致死率约在30% ~40%;利用透明圈法测定正变率后发现,两种处理中较高的正变率都出现在平台期之后,即亚硝酸诱变在40s^50s,紫外诱变在120s^140s;传代实验证明获得的突变株遗传性状较稳定。
The paper investigates the influence of ultraviolet ray and nitrous acid on suspension of single cell hyphal body from flammulia velutipes.The experiments show that the sensibility of ultraviolet ray for hyphal body of different cell age is lower than that of nitrous acid. In addition, the hereditary feature of mutation strain obtained is stable.
