摘要
直接补贴政策是实现我国粮食安全的最新重要对策之一。本文以直接补贴政策与粮食安全之间的联系为出发点,认为我国的直接补贴政策迫切需要在补贴的方式、对象和范围、资金来源以及补贴的力度等方面进行改进。
The direct subsidies to grain growers constitute one of the resent, and one of the most important policy measures in a bid to ensure food security in China. This policy, however, could still be improved in terms of ways of subsidies, their targets, sources of capital and amount to be used as subsidies
