摘要
在湖南大学“三高磨削”（高速、高效、低粗糙度磨削研究）的基础上，将“用变速切削抑制再生颤振”的原理引入高速磨削这一领域。通过砂轮变速、工件变速、砂轮与工件同时变速等不同的磨削方式，借助方差分析和均方频率分析，揭示了变速磨削对于高速磨削颤振的抑制效果。
This peper discusses the application of the theory of regenerated chatter restraint through alterating speed cutting in the field of high speed grinding on the basis of the 'Three- H' grinding--High speed, High efficiency and High smooth--developed by the Hunan Uni versity. The restraining efficiency of the alterating speed grinding over grinding chatter at high speed is also given in the paper by means of variance analysis and mean--square frequency analysis in the light of alterating speed grinding, such as alterations of wheel speed, work speed, and both wheel and work speed.
