摘要
本文综述激光探针-质谱联用技术在同位素地球化学中的最新进展。激光探针-质谱测定的δ18O和40Ar/39Ar定年结果表明,利用超净、超灵敏度的质谱计。
It has been reviewed about the latest development of laser probe analyses combined with the mass spectrometers and the applications in the field of isotope geochemistry.The results of δ18O and 40Ar/39Ar probe dating showed that a high precision isotope microanalysis in situ can be obtained with an ultraclean, ultrasensitive gas mass spectrometer.
