摘要
提出了一种在现代先进的计算机辅助系统(CAD/CAE/CAM)和先进的计算机网络技术支持下的汽车覆盖件模具设计方法;综合运用局部逆向工程技术和虚拟设计技术,以实物为基础建立精确的覆盖件CAD模型,运用并行的思想进行覆盖件模具的虚拟设计,再虚拟生成符合要求的覆盖件产品模型,经检测合格后进入实物的生产。这样即可节约汽车覆盖件模具的设计时间,又可节约设计成本,同时提高了产品的设计质量。
This text puts forward a design method of automobile metal sheets die based on modern CAD/CAE/CAM system and computer network technology. The method uses reverse engineering and virtual design technique synthetically, first, sets up accurate CAD model on the basis of real object and does the virtual design of automobile metal sheets die on the concurrent thought, then produces qualified product models and finally produces the real objects. Through this method, we can not only reduce the design time, but also cut down the design cost and improve the quality of the products.
