摘要
介绍了低温甲醇洗装置冷量损失情况,通过模拟软件RPS96的计算数据,对冷量不足问题产生的原因进行了分析,提出了相应解决措施。改进效果表明,甲醇吸收温度在85 %以上负荷条件下可维持在- 5 8.5℃(设计值- 5 5℃) ,增加CO2 产品气35 0 0kg h ,减少循环气压缩机负荷18.6 %。
The situation of loss of refrigeration consume was introduced for low temperature methanol washing device, through the calculating data of analog software RPS96, reason of problem caused by insufficient refrigeration capacity was analyzed, and the appropriate solvable measures were presented, the improved result indicates that the absorbing temperature of methanol can be kept at -58.5 ℃ (design value -55 ℃) under condition of load more than 85%, thus the CO 2 product gas 3 500 kg/h can be increased, and 18.6% load of recycling gas compressor can be reduced.
