摘要
介绍了二叠氮季戊二醇二硝酸酯(PDADN)的一种合成新工艺,即以季戊四醇为原料,先经过溴化合成出2,2-二溴甲基-1,3-丙二醇(PB),再叠氮化合成出2,2-二叠氮基-1,3-丙二醇(PA),最后硝化三步反应合成出二叠氮季戊二醇二硝酸酯,并利用红外、核磁、元素分析等测试手段进行了结构鉴定。
A new technique of preparing pentaerythritol diazido dinitrate (PDADN) via bromization reaction of pentaerythritol as starting material, azidonation reaction of 2,2-bromomethyl-1,3-propandiol and nitration reaction of 2,2-azido-1,3-propandiol was presented . The structure of PDADN was characterized by IR, ^(1)HNMR and elemental analysis.
