摘要
在丹溪“阴气难成易亏”理论的基础上,论述了“情欲无涯”伤阴的机理以及情欲过度与发生现代疾病的密切关系。从而揭示了在当今竞争激烈的社会环境中,人们应如何调节情欲以养阴液的养生理论观点。
This paper deals with the mechanism of excessive sexual life leading to yin deficiency and the occurrence of some of the modern diseases, which enunciates the theory of health care of regulating sexuality to nourish yin in the fierce competition of the present society.
