摘要
目的 探讨Orbcan 系统在眼前房形态测量中的应用。方法 30例(6 0只眼)正视眼成人,对其用Orbcan 系统测量前房角、前房基底径,将测量的结果进行分析。结果 前房角的均值为4 9.348°±4 .798°;上方前房角最窄,下方前房角最宽,上半部前房角比下半部前房角要窄;颞侧前房角稍窄于鼻侧前房角但无统计学意义。前房基底水平径线、前房基底4 5°径线、前房基底垂直径线、前房基底135°径线的均值分别为(10 .86 8±0 .5 1) m m、(10 .914±0 .5 4 1) mm、(11.0 0 2±0 .5 9) mm、(10 .96 4±0 .5 2 5 ) mm ;四组间差异均无显著性(P >0 .0 5 )。结论 Or-bcan 在测量前房角、前房基底径方面具有应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of the Orbscan tomographyⅡ system in measuring anterior chamber.Methods Each of the 60 eyes of 30 emmetropic adults was underwent the eight groups iridocorneal angle and the four anterior chamber fundus dimentions measurements with Orbscan tomography system . The data were anlalyzed by SPSS-10.0 statistical software.Results The iridocorneal angle was 49.348°±4.798. In the eight groups iridocorneal angle, the superior was the narrowest , while the inferior was the widest . The superior part of iridocorneal angle was narrower than the inferior part of iridocorneal angle. The temporal iridocorneal angle was narrower than the nasal, but it showes no significant differences. The anterior chamber fundus dimensions of horizontal, 45°, vertical and 135° were (10.868±0.51)mm,(10.914±0.541) mm,(11.002±0.59)mm, (10.964±0.525) mm, respectively.There were no significant differences among four anterior chamber fundus dimentions(P>0.05).Conclusion The Orbscan tomographyⅡ system is a good instrument in detecting iridocorneal angle and anterior chamber fundus dimentions.
